Filling out the application
We ask that prospective residents come to our office
to complete our application form. The application form requires a signature in order for us to do a credit, eviction and criminal background check.
Signing the lease
Owners of homes must sign a 1 year lease agreement and a disclosure statement. The disclosure statement spells out your rights as an owner to sell your home in Vernon Village if you so desire.
Renters must sign a 1 year lease agreement and provide a security deposit along with the first month's rent.
General Amenities
At Vernon Village you'll find a well-maintained community with an on-site office and maintenance staff, making us accessible and responsive to our residents.
If you own your own home we welcome small dogs
and cats.
Your home provides you with two car parking. You are responsible for maintaining your yard and driveway however external resources may be available upon inquiry. Additionally, responsible water use, recycling and garbage pick-up is included in your monthly rent.
